- that the reason for them only getting 26.4 in the first place is due to
- phone line bandwidth restrictions and not a diminished SNR.

- HOST PROVIDER IS RUNNING IT AS WELL! There is no advantage to equipping
- one end only, which is why so many people "upgrading" their firmware are
- not seeing what others have led them to expect. You cannot do the
- Foxtrot when your host provider is playing a Waltz.
